From common people to famous celebrities like Chester Bennington, Marilyn Monroe, Jiah Khan, and Divya Bharti; the plague called depression has spared nobody. What we love the most often causes us the worst heartache. We try to hide the pain behind beautiful faces and drape it in beautiful clothes, but deep within we get so lonely and trapped that the only solution seems to be a full stop. This miserable end turns disastrous for the people we love. They face a pain which is beyond imagination. It’s true that it takes only one moment to end everything but it also takes only one moment to find the courage and fight the internal void.
Don’t lose hope! Suicide is not a solution.You might be lonely but you are not alone. Help is always available. Talk and share the load. It’s not the end, as after every dark “New Moon” night, the nights get brighter!
